EU AI Act statement
Last updated 4 September 2026
This is a public trust statement about how IT BusinessPro uses artificial intelligence when we build sites and small tools. It is not a full conformity assessment and not legal advice. The EU AI Act is Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
Plain-language draft for visitors. It is not legal advice. The contracting entity, registered address and final wording are subject to review.
How we use AI
AI is an internal production tool. We use it to draft layouts, copy and boilerplate so a small-business site can be assembled faster. The customer-facing result is normally an ordinary website, not an AI system you operate.
We market that process honestly: the work is AI-accelerated and human-reviewed. We do not claim a machine ships work unattended.
Human oversight
A person checks design, wording, links and basic behaviour before anything is handed to you. If we use AI to help draft a reply to your brief, a person reviews it before it is sent.
What we do not do
We do not offer prohibited AI practices (social scoring, untargeted scraping of faces to build a recognition database, emotion recognition in the workplace or education, and the other uses the Act bans).
We do not place a general-purpose AI model on the market. We do not currently provide high-risk AI systems (for example biometric identification, or AI that decides access to essential services).
If a project includes an AI feature
The Automate package can include a scoped tool or workflow. That scope is written down before we build. If a requested use would fall into a high-risk or prohibited class, we will say so and will not build it as asked.
A website we deliver does not become an AI system just because we used AI to help build it — any more than a brochure becomes a printing press.
Transparency
This page, the services catalogue and the brief are the public explanation of the role AI plays. We do not hide AI involvement in the build. We also do not pretend the site you receive is itself a chatbot or a decision engine unless that is what we scoped.
Questions
If a buyer needs a deeper file for procurement, ask at info@itbusinesspro.com. We will say what we can share and what would need a separate assessment.
