Who is responsible

IT BusinessPro (itbusinesspro.com) decides why and how personal data from this site is processed. Write to info@itbusinesspro.com for any privacy request. We do not currently appoint a separate data protection officer.

What we collect

From the brief: email (required), and optionally your name, business name, what you need, and which package you are interested in. We also store the language you used on the site.

If you become a client, we keep the account needed for your private area (email and password via our auth provider) and the project notes required to deliver the work.

If you pay, Stripe processes the payment. We do not store card numbers.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, send a quote, deliver the work, and keep a record of the conversation. Legal bases: taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract once you order, and our legitimate interest in running a small professional service.

To notify ourselves that a brief arrived (email to info@itbusinesspro.com). To keep a simple pipeline of open enquiries.

To understand which pages are used, in aggregate. That is a legitimate interest in improving the site. We do not sell data or run advertising pixels.

Who else sees it

We use service providers that process data on our instructions: the host of this site, our leads database (Supabase), our pipeline board (Notion), transactional email (Resend), and payments (Stripe).

Page-view analytics are sent to a server we operate in Frankfurt, in the European Union. The payload is the page path, referrer, language market, an anonymous session id, and a campaign tag if one is in the URL. IP addresses are stored as a salted hash, not as a raw IP.

We may use AI tools to help draft an internal note or a reply. A person reviews before we send anything to you. We do not use your brief to train a public model.

What we store on your device

Language and colour-theme choices are saved in localStorage so the next visit matches. Analytics uses a session id in sessionStorage for that browser tab only. We do not set advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay for as long as we need them to reply, deliver, and keep a reasonable business record of the work, then we delete or anonymise them. Payment records follow Stripe’s and accounting rules. Analytics events are kept for funnel measurement, not as a profile of you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, restriction, or to object to analytics. You can also ask for the data you gave us in a portable form. Email info@itbusinesspro.com.

You can complain to your national data protection authority — in Hungary that is NAIH; in Austria the DSB; in Germany your state commissioner or the BfDI.
