Terms of Use

These terms describe how you use itbusinesspro.com and how we sell websites and small digital services. A brief on this site is an enquiry, not a contract. The contract starts when we confirm scope in writing and you pay, or we agree another written start.

Who we are
IT BusinessPro offers fixed-price marketing sites, site modernization and AI SEO, plus scoped custom work, for small businesses in Hungary and DACH. Contact: info@itbusinesspro.com.
Packages and prices
Starter (€149) and Growth (€349) are one-time published packages. Automate is quoted after a short scoping call (from €690). Prices on the site are in euro and exclude anything we have marked as out of scope.
A published package includes what the catalogue lists. Extra pages, extra revision rounds, new features after handoff, or hosting beyond what we agreed are charged separately or declined.
How an order starts
Send a brief or buy a Stripe payment link. We confirm that the package still fits. If it does not, we say so before we start and refund an unused payment if we cannot deliver that package.
You need to give us the content and assets we ask for (text, logo, photos, domain access). Delays on your side delay the live date.
Delivery and revisions
Starter and Growth include one revision round on the first preview. Further rounds are extra. Automate follows the written scope from the call.
“Same day” for Starter means a working day after we have what we need to build, not after an incomplete brief. We tell you if something will take longer.
Payment
Payment is through Stripe Payment Links unless we agree otherwise. Card data is handled by Stripe, not by us. Work starts when payment is received, or when we confirm a written exception.
What you own
After full payment, the site or tool we built for you is yours to keep and change. We may reuse generic methods, components and know-how on other projects. Third-party services (hosting, domains, fonts, APIs) stay under their own terms.
AI in the work
We use AI tools to speed up the build. A person reviews design, copy and behaviour before handoff. See the EU AI Act page for how we treat that in public.
Liability
We deliver the agreed package with reasonable professional care. We do not promise a specific search ranking, a specific number of leads, or that a third-party platform will stay unchanged.
If something we delivered is defective, we will fix it or refund the unused part of the fee. Our liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, except where the law does not allow a limit (for example death, personal injury, or intent).
Changes
We may update these terms for new visitors. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when that order is confirmed. Questions: info@itbusinesspro.com.
